Yoga & Meditation Intensive: For Adults and kids
Dates: May 18 to May 20, 2024, OSHO Himalayas
Become a superhero of self-confidence
Why Attend This Course
- Most yoga and meditation classes are very serious and solemn. But they need not be.
- Yoga and meditation can be fun. And help you discover how joyful life is.
- This course is for kids and adults to bend and stretch like our favorite animals, roar like lions, and breathe like sleepy dragons.
What you 'll experience
- Games, morning walks, yoga, and meditations to develop attention and awareness.
- Deep relaxation with breathing exercises, chanting, gibberish, and yoga nidra.
- Drawing, music, and dance sessions by skilled teachers. Movie evenings for kids.
How it will help you
- Parents and kids may become best friends, as adults learn to connect with their inner playfulness.
- Children can gain more balance in their inner climate and energy. They can also learn to keep up their energy levels by learning to straighten their spine.
- Become super chill. Feel calmer and more focused. Believe in yourself and all the amazing things you can do.
Meditation is not anything of the mind, it is something beyond the mind. The first step is to be playful about it. If you are playful about it, mind cannot destroy your meditation.
- Osho
Osho's Way
- Playfulness: Meditation is not a serious business. Festivity, fun, playfulness & celebration are some of the essentials in OSHO Meditation.
- A relaxed state: no fighting with the mind and allow a relaxed awareness without any judgment, or evaluation.
- Without goals: Meditation is a song, a dance, a celebration. Osho says, “Love it, enjoy it, and don’t ask for any results.”

Testimonials
My experience at Osho Himalayas was absolutely amazing. Entire staff is so welcoming and they always greet you with a smile. The property has its own charm and positive vibes. The owners make you feel as part of family. They have 3 playful and friendly dogs. The meditation sessions were well organized and peaceful so beffittig the overall environment. We wish we had spend more days here!!
A place full of peace and warmth. Meditation activities around the day bring impressive experience during my stay of 2 weeks. Additionally, included meals and teabreaks make life less busy, bring calmness and peace inside, which are much deepened by sitting towards Himalayas. Highly recommend to join a meditation course when staying here!
The rooms are beautiful, large, spacious and very clean with a better mattress than mine at home. All the staff, from the receptionists to the cleaners and service staff, are very welcoming and friendly. The whole atmosphere is very family-like and it felt like coming home. The most delicious food is served 3 times a day and tea and snacks in the afternoon, especially the water is very good and comes directly from a Himalayan spring.
