Program Requirements

Daily Essential: Participating in the OSHO Evening Meeting is mandatory to maintain the collective energy field.
Wearing Maroon and White robes during meditation sessions.Robes available for purchase based on availability.
Restricted use of mobile phones in certain places and respecting the personal spaces of other meditators.

What is All Included in the Fee?

Nourishing Meals: Wholesome vegetarian food is included (at times, eggs are also provided).
Books: Access to our library filled with a vast collection of Osho's books.
Resort Amenities: Full access to the refreshing **swimming pool & open-air gym**.
Full Schedule: The complete daily schedule of Osho Meditations, in addition to the core course.

6 am - 7 am: OSHO Dynamic meditation (7 am to 8 am during winters)
8 am - 9.30 am: Breakfast
10.30 am - 11.30 am: OSHO Nadabrahma Meditation
1 pm - 2 pm: Lunch
2.30 pm - 3 pm: OSHO Talk in Hindi
4.30 pm - 5.30 pm: OSHO Kundalini meditation
6.45 pm - 8.15 pm: OSHO Evening Meeting
8.15 pm - 9.15 pm: Dinner
9.15 pm: Night events (occasionally)

How To Reach Us

We are located 20 km from Dharamshala en route to Palampur

BY FLIGHT

Daily flights are available from Delhi & Chandigarh airport to Dharamshala (Gaggal Airport). It will be about a one-hour drive in a cab to OSHO Himalayas

BY RAIL

Vande Bharat Express from New Delhi to Amb Andaura takes just 5 hours and 15 minutes. A cab or a bus ride from Amb Andaura to OSHO Himalayas takes about 2 hours 30 minutes.

BY BUS

Several inter-state buses are available to Dharamshala from most northern cities of India.

Our all-inclusive packages will cover your stay, meals, snacks, 5 daily meditations, access to the swimming pool, open gym, library, and night events.

Maroon and white robes are mandatory to access the meditation hall. The robes are also available for purchase at the campus subject to availability.

How is the weather in the region?

Weather is pleasant most of the part of the year as we are situated at a height of about 1200 meters above sea level.

How can I make a booking?

100% cost for booking. We accept all major channels of payment.

Is cigarette smoking allowed?

Smoking of any kind is permitted only in the ‘Smoking Temple’. Prohibited in all other areas of the resort. Alcohol & drugs are not allowed inside the campus.

Accommodation for drivers available?

We don't provide accommodation for drivers.
