Protective Aura

Have you felt how we become exhausted when we are in some places?

The vibrations from people around us are always affecting us.

Imagine this: you’re in a bustling marketplace, or maybe at work, and you’re constantly bombarded with stress, anxiety, and such energies from those around you.

Others are not only there but broadcasting their being continuously in subtle vibrations.

And you know, people who are very receptive are more vulnerable to such vibrations from other people.

Over time, these vibrations take a toll on your well-being. You end up feeling tired, depleted, and overwhelmed.

Osho says,

“This [exhaustion] happens to many people because we don’t know how to protect ourselves. Others are not only there but broadcasting their being continuously in subtle vibrations.”

Today I’m going to give an easy solution Osho has suggested.

You have to do this every night as the last thing before going to sleep. First thing in the morning. Just for 4-5 minutes.

Just before going to sleep, sit on your bed and imagine an aura around your body, just six inches away from your body, the same shape as the body… surrounding you, protecting you. It will become a shield.

Still feeling this, go to sleep, fall into sleep imagining that aura like a blanket around you, which protects you from any tension entering from outside, from any thought entering you from outside. No outside vibration can enter you.

You fall asleep but that imagination will enter the unconscious and becomes a tremendous force and energy.

Then again in the morning, the moment you feel that sleep is gone, don’t open your eyes: just feel your aura all over the body protecting you. Do it for four to five minutes and then get up.

And during any time of the day, when taking your bath, or having tea, go on remembering it. Just relax into it again.

Do this for at least three months. Osho says anytime between three weeks and three months, you will start feeling very powerful.

This aura will always be there protecting you.
