- Osho

The Process

  • The day begins with an OSHO Active Meditation.
  • Throughout the day, you will experience a range of Osho meditations.
  • The course may include celebrations like night events depending on the flow of the group.

Osho's Way

  • Playfulness: Meditation is not a serious business. Festivity, fun, playfulness & celebration are some of the essentials in OSHO Meditation.
  • A relaxed state: no fighting with the mind and allow a relaxed awareness without any judgment, or evaluation.
  • Without goals: Meditation is a song, a dance, a celebration. Osho says, “Love it, enjoy it, and don’t ask for any results.”
