In Tune With Nature

Dates: May 31 to June 02, 2024, OSHO Himalayas

Relax and Get Recharged in Nature.

Why Attend This Course

  • Reconnecting with nature is essential for our mental health and well-being.
  • This course will help you build a relationship with Mother Earth.
  • Meditation and being in nature is a great way to destress and relax.

The new man will find his religion in nature – not in dead stone statues, but in living dancing trees in the wind. He will find his religion surfing on the sea, climbing on the virgin mountain. He will find his prayer with the snow, with the moon, with the stars. He will be in dialogue with existence as it is.

- Osho

The Process

  • The day begins with an OSHO Active Meditation™ followed by a trek in the Himalayas.
  • We explore the connection with Mother Earth from a meditative space and get dissolved into the scenic beauty of the Himalayas.
  • You will experience outdoor meditations, silent sittings, star gazing, and night events (bonfire, music, and more.)

Osho's Way

  • Playfulness: Meditation is not a serious business. Festivity, fun, playfulness & celebration are some of the essentials in OSHO Meditation.
  • A relaxed state: no fighting with the mind and allow a relaxed awareness without any judgment, or evaluation.
  • Without goals: Meditation is a song, a dance, a celebration. Osho says, “Love it, enjoy it, and don’t ask for any results.”
